How do I book?
You can email or complete the booking form on the our page. Our contact information can be found here.

Do  you confirm bookings?
Yes when you have decided what you want to hire we will email you confirmation.

Is the equipment safety tested?
Yes all our inflatables have safety certificates and the blowers and extension leads all have PAT test certificates. We always supply safety mats with every inflatable. We always ask that the hirer reads and signs our Disclaimer and Agreement Form prior to use of the inflatable. This will ensure that you know how to safely supervise the operation of the unit whilst in your care.

What if the weather is severe on the day of hire? We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the weather is severe due to health and safety reasons. Please check the weather forecast a couple of days before your intended hire.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us at short notice or on the day as we may have availability.

How much does it cost?

What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us to discuss). You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

Where can the Bouncy Castle be sited? Either indoors or outdoors. If outdoors the inflatable must be sited on even grass. If indoors please make sure your venue has a high enough ceiling. 

How much space is required?
Please refer to our inflatable page for the external dimensions of all our inflatables then allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side, this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited. Please also consider trees, washing lines or any other obstacles that may obstruct the unit when fully inflated.

When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

How long do I get the equipment for?
We will deliver and set up your castle from 8am. We will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 5pm onwards (dependant on time of year but must be in daylight hours if outside). If you have different requirements please call to discuss this with us. If you have an inside hire or you have a venue booked for certain times then of course we will accommodate you. Please call to discuss.

Do you hire overnight?
Please contact us to discuss.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.

How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we do not accept credit card payments and you can pay via PayPal.

What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.

What if it rains?
All of our castles have built in rain covers as standard which are adequate for light showers. Unfortunately the castles cannot be operated in heavy rain or strong winds due to safety reasons.

Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 20 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on venue and which castle you hire

Do I need to supply anything? You will need to supply a standard domestic electricity supply within 35 metres of the intended site

What if I haven’t got a power point nearby?
If you don’t have power nearby, then you can either hire a generator from us or provide your own generator to power the blower. Please call to discuss details.

Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Our children’s castles have an
